1. **Visible in Public Knowledge Base**: This setting ensures that the Knowledge article is accessible to unauthenticated visitors to the site. When an article is marked as visible in the public knowledge base, it can be viewed by anyone who visits the site, even if they haven't logged in. 2. **Visible to Guest User**: By setting the article as visible to guest users, you allow third-party authenticated users (users who are not part of your Salesforce organization but have been authenticated through some other means, such as SSO or community login) to view the article. This ensures that users who have logged in through third-party authentication can also access the article. By configuring both of these settings, you ensure that the Knowledge article is accessible to internal Salesforce users, unauthenticated visitors to the site, and third-party authenticated users.

A- Visible to Partner is not a good answer here because: The "Visible to Partner" setting is typically used to make Knowledge articles available specifically to users within your partner community. When you mark a Knowledge article as visible to partners, it means that only users who are part of your partner community and have the appropriate access permissions will be able to view the article. If you want to make the article accessible to unauthenticated visitors, as well as to third-party authenticated users (who may not necessarily be part of your partner community), using the "Visible to Partner" setting wouldn't be appropriate. Instead, you would use the "Visible in Public Knowledge Base" and "Visible to Guest User" settings to achieve broader visibility for the article across different types of users.
