Service Console users work on dozens of cases at one time, and often need to update a case they worked on earlier in the day. What configuration should a consultant recommend?
History in utility bar has limit to 10 records, it won't handle dozens of them. Second Console session is nonsense and keeping all Case records open is not really tidy as dozens of record will be floating in your console.
They work on dozen at a time .. however they often have to update them the next day and those I guess would be less than a dozen ... but I agree these are all assumptions
