https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/industries/cme/references/cpq?meta=Get%2BList%2Bof%2BProducts It is not described, if it is an exact or a contains match, but the other two can be excluded, because there is no filtering for product category and the developer can not influence the context rules, while calling this procedure.
