A. Implicit sharing will automatically handle this with standard functionality. https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.draes.meta/draes/draes_object_relationships_implicit_sharing.htm Not B, sharing rules do not work cross object, regarless if it's owner or criteria based. Not C, a user who needs to view an account isn't necessarily on the account team. This is also manual work we want to avoid. Not D, sharing rules do not work cross object, regarless if it's owner or criteria based.
