  • A. Create a digital experience for B2C customers and add B2B customers to the internal CRM app to work with internal employees.
  • B. Create a digital experience for B2C customers, a partner portal for B2B customers, and use the internal CRM org for employees.

The best approach for Universal Containers (UC) to use Experience Cloud to meet the needs of both B2C and B2B customers, while allowing B2B customers to assist in resolving B2C customer issues, is: B. Create a digital experience for B2C customers, a partner portal for B2B customers, and use the internal CRM org for employees. This setup provides: • A dedicated digital experience for B2C customers to manage their interactions. • A partner portal for B2B customers, which provides them access to necessary support functions, allowing them to collaborate with UC Support. • The internal CRM org for employees to coordinate and manage support processes efficiently. This configuration separates the different user groups while enabling B2B customers to collaborate on B2C support issues as needed.

B. Ensure that the Account field is empty in the registration section – For B2C scenarios where individual customers self-register without needing a placeholder account, leaving the Account field empty allows Salesforce to create a Person Account automatically upon registration. This aligns with NTO’s use of Customer Community Plus licenses for individual customer personalization.

A) doesn't make sense - as the group of B2B customers will work with the support team ( access to cases ) - s a Partner Portal is needed for them. C) same D) is crap so B) every group has its solution
