B is correct. Beyond 10 million, Salesforce recommends to use a partner tool/3rd party tool/AppExchange product. D. Batch apex: Is irrelevant considering the data migration happens from the legacy system and not within Salesforce org. A and C are ruled out by default considering the capabilities of the respective tools
