Universal Containers wants to assign Service Appointments based on the Polygon of the child service territory in the hierarchy. How should a Consultant assign Service Appointments to the Polygon?
A.
Set the Territory Assignment Policy to the Highest Level.
B.
Set the Territory Assignment Policy to the Lowest Level.
C.
Set the Polygon Assignment Policy to the Lowest Level.
D.
Set the Polygon Assignment Policy to the Highest Level.
This SF help article say "Set the territory classification policy to Highest", so I understand A is correct? https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.pfs_map_polygons_enable.htm&type=5
Answer is B. The requirement is to auto assign to child ST. So, we need to set the policy to lowest

Salesforce Field Service provides a feature called **Territory Management** that allows you to manage your service territories and field resources more efficiently. You can use this feature to create **Territory Assignment Rules** that can be used to assign work orders to specific territories based on criteria such as the type of work, the location of the work, or the skills required for the work. The criteria here is the Polygon which is nothing but a child territory. So, I think the answer should be **A** because the territory under the selected polygon should be prioritised. There is no default policy called Polygon assignment policy in SFS so C and D are surely not the correct answer.
