C - default Opportunity Teams is for sharing all opportunities owned by a user with a group of coworkers which that user typically works with. This would not necessarily grant access based on the value of the opportunity and would also require adding auditors to the team of every opportunity, which is not scalable or practical.

I think it should be b and c .

I believe the answer should be C (similar to Q# 93 in this question bank). Usually, Salesforce asks what's the next step to be done here if all the answers seem logical.
