Selected Answer: A
The JWT Bearer Token Flow is ideal for server-to-server integrations where no user interaction is required, and it provides seamless, secure authentication. Since UC’s desktop application needs to integrate with Salesforce to create leads without requiring users to log in every time, the JWT flow works well by allowing the desktop app to obtain an access token on behalf of a pre-authorized user without requiring username and password credentials.

C is the answer as it is not a web application, hence it can not keep the secrets secure, so web server authentication is not recommended.

yes but it's called "OAuth 2.0 Web Server Flow for Web App Integration" and not "Web Server Authentication Flow" and Salesforce is very picky about how exactly things are called
