C. With the Public Read Only OWD option for pricebooks, all users in the organization can view the pricebooks and their related records (i.e., products). However, they cannot create, edit, or delete pricebooks. This setting aligns with the requirement of sales agents having access to products the company sells, allowing them to see the available pricebooks and associated products for quoting and opportunity creation. The limitation on write access ensures that only authorized users can manage and update pricebooks. is not a specific OWD option for pricebooks in Salesforce. "Use" is a term used to describe the level of access users have to records based on the OWD settings. It is not a standalone OWD option.
