Selected Answer: D
Given the urgency and the need for immediate action, the most practical approach would be: D. Experience Cloud site managers, moderators, and admins work together to remove all the spammers’ posts and comments manually. While options like utilizing Insights reports or enabling Experience Cloud Einstein features might offer automated solutions, they may take time to set up and execute, and the urgency of the situation may not allow for such delays. Similarly, waiting for Salesforce Support to resolve the issue through a case submission might also take longer than desired, especially if the issue needs immediate attention. Therefore, manually removing the spam posts and comments with the assistance of site managers, moderators, and admins ensures swift action to mitigate the impact of the spam on the Experience Cloud site.

It is said that there is a significant number of spammers' posts and comments, so removing all of them manually would take ages. I believe there is a focus on automated solutions that could remove all the spam at once and would be much faster.
