A Salesforce associate is asked to review multiple reports from the current month’s folder and bring insight into a meeting. How should the associate locate all the reports in a single location from the Report object?
The wording is terrible but B should be correct, the keywords I would pick out are 'Current Month folder' and 'locate all the reports in a single location'
Because its already specifies that the associate should be looking at/for the folder already, you shouldn't just go to the report tab and start searching because you then need to search for EACH report
If everything is in one folder ie the Current Month, then you just need to find the folder and go from there
So B should be the right one
A is good. The context is tricky. The real question is: How should the associate locate all the reports in a single location from the Report object? So one location with all reports should be A
If we consider current month as a folder, then the correct answer is B. User can go to All Folders, then will search for folder name current month using search bar and this once user clicks on this current month folder he can see all reports in single location.
the correct answer is B. Click on All Folders and use the search bar. This approach allows the associate to navigate to the specific folder containing the reports for the current month and access them from a single location.
Not sure. It says user wants all reports from a single folder. In that case you can go to All Folders and search for that specific folder, gaining than access to all required reports. In that case B would be correct. What do you think?
