The wording is terrible but B should be correct, the keywords I would pick out are 'Current Month folder' and 'locate all the reports in a single location' Because its already specifies that the associate should be looking at/for the folder already, you shouldn't just go to the report tab and start searching because you then need to search for EACH report If everything is in one folder ie the Current Month, then you just need to find the folder and go from there So B should be the right one
