I feel the logic behind this is that you need the customer data in order to match it with the accounts data. In my opinion the trick here is that you may think you need to kick the automation right when the account file is dropped, but really you could wait until the customer DE is updated and then run the File Transfer > File Import > SQL > Wait > Send email

Why not A drop automation? Shouldn't we consider the file might be dropped a minute later?
