Agreed - IdP should not be storing credentials for multiple applications, rather storing credentials for multiple individuals. A & D are more correct.

"C" implies that IdP stores credentials for each application, which is not the case. But "A" is definately correct, as IdP can authenticate multiple applications - that's the main point of it
