The answer is C. If the developer deletes the row containing the code CA-SF in Version 3, it will only be deleted in Version 3. The other versions will remain unaffected. Versioning allows for the creation of multiple versions of data sets that can be modified independently of each other. Therefore, changes made to one version do not impact the other versions.
