C cannot be an option as the question already says valid data is visible when the dev clicks View Data implying the record exists in Salesforce for the record Id.

A seems unlikely, because it says record type. Passing a recordID has nothing to do with record type. B and C makes sense, because if test attrubites are not configured, data in preview wont show. Also if there is no such record Id on salesforce, i preview, data wont show up.

Selected Answer: AC
A. The RecordId in the Test Data Source Settings is for the wrong record type: This can cause the FlexCard to not display because the data source is not able to retrieve valid data. The RecordId should correspond to the correct record type to ensure that the data source is able to retrieve the appropriate data for the FlexCard. C. There is no Salesforce record for the FlexCard based on the RecordId in the layout’s Test Data Source Settings: If the RecordId is not associated with a valid Salesforce record, the data source will not be able to retrieve valid data, and the FlexCard will not display. The RecordId must correspond to a valid Salesforce record to ensure that the data source is able to retrieve the appropriate data for the FlexCard.
