Answer is ABE. "When a change set is deployed to a production org, all local Apex tests in that org are run by default if you’re deploying any Apex classes or triggers". Dependent components are not automatically added, hence why there is a button to view and add dependent components. https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.changesets_best_practices.htm&type=5

Surely it can't be C, here it says " If you need to add dependent components to a change set you already uploaded, clone the change set, add the dependent components, and then upload it again." to me it sounds like they don't get automatically added then? https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.changesets_best_practices.htm&type=5

The answer is BCE. Why E ? https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.changesets.htm&type=5 When you want to send customizations from your current org to another org, create an outbound change set. After you send the change set, the receiving org sees it as an inbound change set.

B. There is a feature that allows the user to validate a change set before deploying it. Change sets can be validated before deploying them to production to ensure that the changes will not cause any issues. C. When a component is added to a change set, all dependent components automatically get added. When a component, such as an object, is added to a change set, Salesforce automatically adds all the dependent components, such as fields, page layouts, and related lists. E. To use change sets, at least one inbound and one outbound connection must exist. Change sets require both an outbound and inbound connection to transfer the components from one org to another.
