https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.quotes_sync_troubleshooting.htm&type=5 Answer is D, I think. It doesn't stop the process if a quote is already sync'ed as per this: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.quotes_synch.htm&type=5 The circumstance in which you would be prevented from sync'ing is if it's going through an approval process.

C. Another quote is already synced with the opportunity would prevent a user from syncing a quote with an opportunity. Salesforce only allows one quote to be synced with an opportunity at a time. If there is already a synced quote, the user will need to unsync it before syncing a new quote.
