A. Promote specific search terms for specific articles. B. Create synonyms for specific search terms. To improve search capabilities for knowledge articles, UMS should promote specific search terms for specific articles and create synonyms for specific search terms. This will help users find the right articles more easily by providing alternative search terms that may be more familiar or common. Configuring Global Search or Einstein Search may also be helpful, but promoting search terms and creating synonyms are more direct ways to improve search capabilities for knowledge articles.
