AC B (Apply To Product Options) means that when you select the value for the bundle, it cascades down and is applied to the options. It's got nothing to do with showing/hiding/etc products per https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.cpq_config_attribute_guidelines.htm&type=5: Apply Immediately Apply field value changes whenever a user changes the configuration attribute’s value. When deselected, Salesforce CPQ applies field changes when the user saves the bundle configuration. Apply to Product Options Apply the configuration attribute’s value to all matching fields in your bundle’s product options. When this field is not selected, Salesforce CPQ applies the value to only matching fields in the bundle parent.

Option C is not relevant to this scenario, as it refers to whether the Configuration Attribute should be applied immediately or after the user saves the configuration.

That actually makes it the right answer, it calculates immediately so that the product rule can evaluate before the user saves the product config.
