I think it's A&D. You can change a value in the Calculating Fields field set to refresh pricing. Additionally, there is a Calculate button available on Quote that can be added in to calculate the Quote Lines from the Quote screen. However, not fully sure, as the users would need to know what fields in the Calculating Fields field set can be used to recalculate.
