B D is correct - Web-to-Cases does not support attachments, so it's not a valid option: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.customizesupport_web_to_case_notes.htm&type=5 - Standard Email-to-Case is not the right answer. As This feature controls the number of Cases that can be created within an organization using Email-to-Case. The default limit of this feature is 2500. This cannot be increased. - The "On-Demand Email-to-Case" feature is calculated by: 1000 * Salesforce license count up to a daily maximum of 1,000,000 Hence, On-Demand Email-to-Case is the correct answer. https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000389058&type=1 Also, the attachment of documents is restricted under 25 MB in On Demand Email-to-Case. https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.customizesupport_email.htm&type=5

And the question also states attachments under 25MB which is what Email-on-demand is for. It's B and D. https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.apexcode.meta/apexcode/apex_classes_email_inbound_what_is.htm
