You cannot customize the number format in the number widget in that way so A isn't correct. If you want to modify the number format in the XMD file, you need to to it for a dataset and not for a dataflow. So B isn't correct. If you modify the number format in the explorer, it will modify it for a lens. Not for a dashboard. So D isn't correct. C is the correct answer.

The correct Solution is D: the question refers to multiple Dashboard, if we edit the Dataset column in by Exploring it in a lens, and edit the field format, this will affects to all dashboards.
