D is the Answer. After creating the Composite key in both table we can remove OrderID and Line No from any one of the table to eliminate the synthetic key, According to 1st sentence of the D, they have created the Composite key in both Orders and Shipments Table.

Just creating a composite key won't fix the error, you would still need to remove/rename fields creating the synthetic joins which suggests that answer would be more complete.
