B. Delete entry 16 because timescales should NOT be shown under the heading of budgets. D. Add ‘Change budget - ֲ£500’. The reason for B is that budgets are only concerned with the costs of the project, not the duration. Timescales should be shown under the heading of planning assumptions or monitoring and control. The reason for D is that the change budget is the amount of money allocated for changes that may arise during the project, and it should be clearly stated in the budgets section. The change budget for stage 3 is ֲ£500, as mentioned in the scenario.
