In my opinion, I would go for option B if the technical terms were misspelt, however the technical terms were missing altogether therefore it would be option C, requestion for Change.
This is because the service level agreement is a product that should meet the quality criteria defined in its Product Description. If the glossary of terms is incomplete or inaccurate, it means that the product does not conform to its specification and therefore it is an off-specification. According to PRINCE2, an off-specification is a type of issue that should be recorded and handled through the issue and change control procedure. The other options are not appropriate because they either do not address the problem of the missing terms, or they involve the wrong roles or processes.
Also I dont think this is classed as an off-specification just yet as the product can at this stage be delivered as planned if more time is given.
