Why does the Business Case "not" include Delivery Options?

My bad, this is specifically "Business" options, Delivery Options might be documented in a Plan maybe?

The scenario says that the calendar must be printed by 30 November to have enough time to be ready for Christmas. Thus if the calendar is ready for printing by first week of December, the project will fail and business case is no longer viable (project is not able to deliver the products)

I cant see a reference to the 30/11 in the question atm, maybe it was removed?
