A is the correct answer. Benefits management approach is updated in the Activity Update the business case - see Figure 19.4 After the Project Startup, the contents of the Project Brief are extended and refined into the PID via the initiating a project process ( page 167). So Project Brief does not exist during Managing a Stage boundary process.

Should be B. After Starting Up a Project Benefit Review Plan haven't been made. But Project Brief may need to be updated.
