c = correct; While the other options might be indirectly related, they are not the main purpose:
A. To record cross-references to issues relating to the quality of the products: Issues are typically recorded in a separate issue register or log.
B. To record the date a completed work package was received: This information might be found in other project documents, such as the daily log or progress reports.
D. To capture quality concerns about completed products: While concerns might be mentioned, the primary focus is on tracking the status of quality activities.
C. A quality register is used to document the quality control activities and status for the project's products. It helps track and manage quality-related activities and issues throughout the project, ensuring that the deliverables meet the required quality standards.
The quality register is updated to
reflect (in summary form) the actual results from the quality activities. The quality register provides key audit
and assurance information, relating what was planned and agreed (in the quality management approach and
product descriptions) to the quality activities actually performed . prince2 guide, 8.2
C should be correct
The correct answer is C. Since it has nothing to do with "issues".

I like to say that a Quality Register does three things:
Provides an overview of the planned quality activities and provides a unique reference for each quality activity.
Provides an overview on the status of all quality activities and a pointer to the quality records.
And at the end of the project, it provides a history of all quality activities that have taken place and all results.
C is correct answer. "Quality register: A quality register is used to summarize all the quality management activities that are planned or have taken place, and provides information for the end stage reports and end project report."
