Agree with the answer D & E. A can NOT be correct as creating exception report is not duty of Team Manager. B also NOT as the TM should not wait that long to highlight a risk. C also NOT as TM gets all details from WORK package and is not supposed to check any other management documents. So checking work package for development interface and raising an issue to notify the Project Manager are correct options.

C and D It is important to note that options A, B, and E are not the most appropriate initial actions in this situation. Notifying the Project Manager by raising an Exception Report may be premature without first gathering more information and understanding the situation. Raising the concern in the next Checkpoint Report may not provide immediate attention to the issue. Raising an issue to notify the Project Manager of the concern may be appropriate, but it should be done after conducting the necessary checks and gathering relevant information.
