Checkpoint Reports:
These reports are produced at predetermined points in the project, usually at the end of a stage or when a significant milestone is reached, making them an example of an event-driven control.

Takes place when a specific event occurs:
- End of a stage
- Completion of the Project Initiation Documentation (PID)
• Time-driven
Takes place at pre-defined periodic intervals:
- Highlight Reports
- Checkpoint Reports
