The spikes didn't help so letting them decide may take a while. I would go for a multi voting event. Keep it fair but realize this has already taken multiple spikes

Selected Answer: B
The whole team appears to mean that there are multiple teams. There is no task in this world that can make your entire team understand. You can't make them understand that by voting either.

A. Organize a multivoting event to achieve consensus of the whole team. Organizing a multivoting event can be an effective way to achieve consensus within the team. It allows team members to prioritize and vote on the options they believe are the best solutions to the conflict. This collaborative decision-making process can help the team reach a collective agreement and resolve the conflict. It's important to involve the entire team in the decision-making process to ensure that their perspectives are considered. Since a few spikes were already completed with no decision.

Selected Answer: B
A simple majority vote discounts the concerns of the minority’s dissenting view. It rides roughshod over the entire consensus process. Failing to allow the minority view a full discussion and consideration simply means you are imposing the majority view on all. At the same time, an unbending dissenting minority does not hold veto power over the majority view. To do so voids the interest of the majority. Attaining consensus is hard work. Consensus cannot be attained by forced mandate. This is from projectmanager.com B.

Selected Answer: B
A spike refers to a time-boxed research activity that helps teams make better decisions & deliver better products. The spike will help the team decide on their own, thus making the better decision as a team.

Selected Answer: B
The project manager, acting as the Scrum Master, should facilitate the resolution of the conflict among the developers. While it's important to involve the team in the decision-making process, the project manager should guide and support the team to reach a resolution. Therefore, option B, "Allow the team to decide on their own which option should be implemented," aligns with the principles of self-organization and collaboration in Scrum.
