Selected Answer: D
When engaging stakeholders, it is essential for the project manager to understand and consider their positions, opinions, and interests regarding the project's output. This ensures that stakeholder needs are addressed, potential conflicts are mitigated, and alignment is achieved. Stakeholders may have differing priorities, and addressing these differences early improves buy-in and minimizes resistance.

Selected Answer: D
"When engaging the stakeholders" the PM should consider their positions regarding the project's output. If you apply a response for a risk that is affecting the investment stakeholders, I doubt that a household wants to hear it. This way PM can better align with their objectives, preferences and tailor the communication. Option D is not excluding or prohibiting communication to the stakeholders.

Selected Answer: C
Yes, communicating response strategies to all stakeholders is one of the things that the project manager should do when engaging stakeholders in a home solar panel project. When stakeholders are informed about how risks are being managed, they can have a better understanding of the project and its progress. This can help to build trust and support for the project, and can also help to identify and mitigate potential risks. In addition to communicating response strategies, the project manager should also consider stakeholders' positions and opinions regarding the project's output, include all stakeholders in the project's governance, and avoid ignoring any risks beyond stakeholders' tolerance. These actions can help to build trust and support for the project, and can also help to identify and mitigate potential risks
