Selected Answer: D
The agile team is divided on the approach. Approach is the key term in the question. Agile teams operate on the assumption that individuals accomplish more when they rely on each other, than when they rely upon the processes and tools that are the mainstays of software development.

Selected Answer: D
In agile environments, teams are encouraged to be self-organizing and collaborative. When there is a collective disagreement among team members, it's often beneficial to allow the team to work through the issue on their own initially. This promotes team autonomy, fosters collaboration, and allows the team to leverage its collective problem-solving abilities. If the team is unable to resolve the issue and seeks assistance, the project manager can then step in to facilitate the resolution or provide guidance as needed.

In a situation where project stakeholders and the agile team are divided on the approach to achieving the best user experience, and the conflict is more of a collective disagreement, the project manager should consider the following approach: D. Allow the team to work through it on their own unless help is needed.

I select D - Team members are stakeholders and the PM should intervene only if the situation escalates and being affecting the project. Then the PM should use the techniques involved in conflict resolution i.e. as per PMBOK 6: Withdraw/avoid. Smooth/accommodate. Compromise/reconcile. Force/direct. Collaborate/problem solve.

I choose A Allowing the team to work through it on their own unless help is needed (Option D) may not be effective, as it could allow the issue to escalate into a more serious conflict that could negatively impact the project. It is important for the project manager to take an active role in addressing issues and ensuring that the team is able to work together effectively.

It's a collective disagreement and not a major conflict. The team should be left to sort it out.

Agile team is divided, need to assume few are 'collectively' agreeing with stakeholders and others are not, so conflict Resolution from the PM is a good choice

PMBPOK 6 says "If the differences become a negative factor, project team members are initially responsible for their resolution" based on that it would be better that the team members are left to resolve it unless it escalates. I think when it escalates and become an issue is when the techniques need to be used, not before.

the team members are disagreeing with the stakeholders approach (collective disagreement) so within themselves they are fine
