Selected Answer: B
From ChatGPT: B. Arrange for a workshop with the customer to understand the business values expected from the outcomes. The project manager should arrange a workshop with the customer to clarify and understand their business values and requirements. This will help to ensure that the team is aligned with the customer's expectations and can reduce the number of change requests. Involving the customer in the process will also help to build trust and improve communication between the team and the customer. Referring to the configuration management knowledge base may provide some insights, but it may not address the specific concerns and issues of the current project. Including a representative from the customer to work collaboratively with the team can also be helpful, but it may not address the underlying issue of misaligned expectations. Acknowledging that the current team needs improvement and hiring more qualified team members may be premature without understanding the root cause of the issue.

B. Arrange for a workshop with the customer to understand the business values expected from the outcomes. By organizing a workshop, the project manager facilitates direct communication between the team and the customer to clarify requirements and align on the expected business values. This approach helps ensure that the project outcomes meet the customer's needs and reduces the number of change requests by addressing misunderstandings or gaps in the initial requirements.

Selected Answer: B
Arrange for a workshop with the customer to understand the business values expected from the outcomes. Explanation: Customer Collaboration: Engaging in a workshop with the customer allows for direct communication and understanding of their business values and expectations. This can help in realigning the project with the customer's needs. Clarification of Requirements: The workshop provides an opportunity to clarify requirements, expectations, and any misunderstandings between the project team and the customer. It helps in ensuring that the team is working on the right outcomes. Prevention of Misalignment: By actively involving the customer in discussions about business values and outcomes, the project manager can prevent misalignment issues and reduce the need for frequent change requests.

B It is either agile approach and in this case, the customer never works with the deav team, there must be a product owner doing this job. Or a predective approach so we need to meet once with the customer to collect requirements and break down the tasks.

Both B and C seem to be reasonable options. However, I would go with B. First of all, the PM needs to help the team to understand the business values expected from the outcomes so everyone is on the same page on the objectives. After that, it will make sense to include a representative from the customer to the team.

Selected Answer: B
Based on the given scenario, option B would be the most appropriate action for the project manager to take. The project manager should arrange for a workshop with the customer to understand the business values expected from the outcomes. This will help the team gain a better understanding of the customer's requirements and expectations and ensure that the outcomes align with the customer's needs. It will also help reduce the number of change requests by identifying potential issues early in the project and addressing them before they become major problems

Selected Answer: C
Option C would include a representative from the customer to work collaboratively with the team, which could help them validate and refine their user stories based on the customer feedback and expectations. This is consistent with some of the agile practices such as involving customers in product development, collecting feedback early and often, and handling changes and feedback constructively.

The changes that the customer is submitting align with the business values already...otherwise the customer would not submit them. By including more collaboration with the customer the project team can be assured that the deliverables meet customer requirements.

My thoughts here are that the problem occured when the user stories were created without the feedback or confirmation by the customer so I would vote for closer collaboration to get things right. Business value is another topic vor me not directly connected with the issue here. Any thoughts?
