in line with the heart of PMI, should be C. The PM gathers understanding and sees if there is any opportunity of improvement that is being recommended by the new team member. from that understanding, the PM can clarify whether or not to try the recommended methodology or use the existing one. if latter, Answer B will be next.

Selected Answer: C
In this situation, the project manager should schedule a meeting with the new team member to learn about the new method of testing (Option C). It's essential to foster open communication and collaboration within the team. Understanding the new team member's perspective and approach can provide insights into whether the proposed testing method could bring improvements to the project. Coaching and collaboration are key principles in agile environments, and it's valuable to explore new ideas that could enhance the team's processes. The meeting can serve as an opportunity for the team to discuss and evaluate the proposed changes collectively. If the new testing method proves to be beneficial, the team can consider adopting it collaboratively.

Option C involves a proactive approach. By scheduling a meeting to learn about the new testing method, the project manager can: Understand the proposed change: Gain insights into the new testing method and its potential advantages. Evaluate feasibility: Assess whether the proposed change aligns with project goals and constraints. Facilitate discussion: Engage in a constructive dialogue with the new team member to address concerns and explore opportunities for improvement. Promote collaboration: Encourage open communication and collaboration among team members to find common ground. After understanding the proposed change and its implications, the project manager can work with the team to make an informed decision about whether to adopt the new testing method or maintain the existing approach.

C. Schedule a meeting with the new team member to learn about the new method of testing. The project manager should take the initiative to schedule a meeting with the new team member to learn about their proposed new way of testing. This will enable the project manager to understand the new process and assess whether it can add value to the project. Additionally, the project manager can also use the meeting to encourage the team to be more open to new ideas and approaches that may enhance the project outcomes.

Selected Answer: C
C. Schedule a meeting with the new team member to learn about the new method of testing. As a project manager, it's important to be open to new ideas and perspectives that could potentially benefit the project. By scheduling a meeting with the new team member to learn about their proposed new way of testing, the project manager can better understand the benefits and potential challenges of the new method. This meeting can also provide an opportunity for the new team member to explain their reasoning and gain buy-in from the rest of the team. After understanding the proposed new method, the project manager can then evaluate whether to adopt it or not, taking into account the impact on the project's timeline, budget, and resources.
