A = You can reduce the number of external calls, but internal calls? You need daily standups. So, removing internal calls does not sound good.
B = Schedule more meetings on top of existing meetings? Not a good idea. Plus, Team Building? Team collaboration is not the issue here.
C = Why would team have daily external calls? Obviously for many reasons but one of the reasons is the workload.
D = Is never an option.
The problem is stakeholder not getting engaged properly, to engage them and to identify the root cause, the PM first have one to one meetings and team building activities for better co-ordination.
So I support B.
