Answer: A The project manager should first review the construction project to determine which agile practices can be applied in this particular context. Not all agile practices will be applicable to a construction project, and it's important to choose those that are appropriate. Once the applicable practices have been identified, the project manager can apply them accordingly to the project. Hiring a consultant or allocating additional budget for agile resources may not be necessary if the project manager has the necessary knowledge and expertise to apply agile practices appropriately. Similarly, assigning a scrum master may not be necessary if the project manager is already familiar with agile practices and can implement them without additional support.

The project manager does not have the power to hire a consultant; that is the business of HR. The selected answer, A seems correct.

How can agile be applied to a building construction? I think they should hire a co sultant because that would be expert advice?
