Selected Answer: C
D: Mặc dù chất lượng sản phẩm (ít lỗi) rất quan trọng, đánh giá hiệu suất trong agile thường tập trung vào khả năng hoàn thành các mục tiêu sprint (tốc độ, giá trị cung cấp), chứ không chỉ dựa trên số lượng lỗi.

Selected Answer: C
The question is about PERFORMANCE. Explanation: Story points are team-specific estimates of effort and complexity, not a universal metric. Comparing story points between teams (e.g., 100 vs. 125) is invalid because each team defines points differently. Performance in Agile is measured by a team’s ability to deliver working increments consistently. The team that completes more stories (assuming similar scope and value) from the sprint backlog demonstrates better delivery efficiency, regardless of story point totals. Why Other Options Are Incorrect: A/B: Story points cannot be compared across teams. Fewer or more points do not inherently indicate better performance. D: While fewer defects reflect QUALITY, the question focuses on PERFORMANCE, which Agile ties to delivering value iteratively.

Selected Answer: C
Correct answer is C: In Agile environments, the performance of a team is not determined solely by the number of story points they calculate but by their ability to deliver completed, working product increments as committed during a sprint. Story points are a relative measure of effort, and different teams may assign story points differently based on their estimation practices. Comparing raw story point totals across teams is not a reliable measure of performance. A is incorrect: ewer story points do not necessarily indicate better performance; they may represent a difference in estimation style, team velocity, or story complexity. B is incorrect: More story points do not mean better performance. Story points are subjective and team-specific. A higher total could reflect overestimation rather than efficiency or effectiveness. D is incorrect: While quality is important, Agile primarily measures success based on delivering working increments. Quality can complement this, but it is not the sole performance indicator.

Selected Answer: C
I select C because the most important for Agile team is to complete the work in the selected sprint backlog. Option C, if they have few defects but the completed amount is smaller than plan, it does not make sense.

C better. If D is correct, please explain below: team A done 100 tasks with 100 defects, team B done 125 tasks with 101 defects, team win.

Confused between C and D If C - There is no guarantee of value delivered. Teams would have worked on less impactful tasks or compromised quality. if D - Chances that low value features were delivered. Any thougts?

if team A completes 10 story points with no defects and another team B completes 90 story points with 1 defect, then who is performing better? Will you go with A?

Typical mistake #1. Velocity is unique for each team, mostly because of the team’s own definition of story points. So velocity is not useful as a comparison metric for team performance.

Every team has different sizing specifications, you cannot judge a team's performance on the basis of the story points. Sizing really does not matter in terms of performance.
