Answer - A The fact that this is a hybrid environment implies that there is level of control and planning needed which means a team that is not influenced by organizational structures would not be a good fit

Option D: This is a hybrid approach project where it also complies with one of the 12 principles of Agile. So self organising team should be encouraged and it emphasise more on customer satisfaction compared to OPA.

Besides, a well functioning project team and well drafted project management plan should take into consideration Economic Environmental Factors which include external and internal (organizational) factors. This disqualifies option "D"
