Selected Answer: ADE
ADE seems right, first will have to influence client to start new project for intern then create a WBS for new project and then manage quality on new project. this will not add any new cost. B, creating a change request may add new cost and C using contingency budget also increases cost.

ABE. You cannot persuade your customer to initial new project. Also you cannot use contingency budget because of the internship.

• A, B, A Create a work breakdown structure (WBS) of the new scope with the internal projects. • Create a change request with the scope of the new internal projects. • Use the Project Contingency Budget. Create a work breakdown structure (WBS) of the new scope with the internal projects. This will allow the project manager to edit the scope baseline to include the new deliverable (internal project). Create a change request with the scope of the new internal projects. Any change to the scope baseline needs the submission of a formal change request to include the scope of the new internal project. Use the project contingency Budget. A project contingency allowance is the amount of money the project will likely need in the contingency reserve based on the impact, probability, and expected monetary value of a risk event. Influence the client to initiate a new project (incorrect), because the project manager will add cost to the customer.

The correct answer is A, B, and E. Create a work breakdown structure (WBS) of the new scope with the internal projects, create a change request with the scope of the new internal projects, and manage the quality of the delivery. The reason is that the project manager should follow the change management process to document and approve the new scope of creating internal projects for the internships. The project manager should also create a WBS to define and decompose the work required for the internal projects, and manage the quality of the delivery to ensure that the internships meet the customer’s expectations and objectives. Using the project’s contingency budget © may not be necessary or appropriate, as it is meant for addressing known risks or uncertainties, not for adding new scope. Influencing the client to initiate a new project (D) may not be feasible or realistic, as it may depend on the client’s needs, budget, and resources.

A. Create a work breakdown structure (WBS) of the new scope with the internal projects. B. Create a change request with the scope of the new internal projects. E. Manage the quality of the delivery. A. Create a work breakdown structure (WBS) of the new scope with the internal projects. This will help the project manager to identify the tasks and resources needed to complete the internal projects. B. Create a change request with the scope of the new internal projects. The change request should detail the new scope of the project, including the internal projects, and be approved by the customer. E. Manage the quality of the delivery. The project manager should ensure that the quality of the internships is not compromised by the internal projects. This can be achieved by putting in place quality standards, monitoring progress and providing feedback to the team.
