A senior manager attends one of the project review meetings and expresses concern that the project will not meet the quality standards. What should the project manager do?
A.
Ask the senior manager to approve the user acceptance testing (UAT) plan
B.
Inform the senior manager that there are approved quality standards
C.
Review the quality management plan with the senior manager
C. Review the quality management plan with the senior manager
I wonder why it should be reviewed "with the senior manager" who raised the concern.
I don't think he is willing to engage in the exercise.
As per GPT - reviewing the quality management plan with the senior manager is the most effective step to address concerns, ensure alignment on quality expectations, and maintain transparency in quality management practices throughout the project.
Alot of people are saying its "AGILE" my question to those peers that where is it mentioned in the question?
Why to confuse a simple question? and C is the right answer
First of all, this is an agile approach. In agile there are no project management plans. The most accurate way to check qualities agile approach is through sprint review from customers so C cannot be the answer
