I don't think its A or B, as standup is generally a status updates and of 15 mins. Root cause analysis and impediment resolutions are done after standup by the coach/scrum master. D looks promising answer here.

I think D is correct. I don't think its A because including the resolutions during a standup isn't something that would help remove an obstacle. I also don't think its B, because you don't typically do a root cause analysis during a standup meeting, you would identify them, and then perform the root cause analysis at another meeting. D seems like the best answer here.
