Selected Answer: B
This option encourages the team to reflect on their own practices and assess whether they adhered to the agreements they made. By challenging the team in this way, the project lead promotes accountability and helps the team identify root causes, leading to more sustainable solutions.

Selected Answer: D
The project lead should **D. Let the team self-organize and determine the best means to prevent the issues from occurring again**. Agile methodologies emphasize the importance of self-organizing teams. The team members, being closest to the work, are often best positioned to identify the root causes of issues and devise effective solutions. The project lead can facilitate this process, but the team should ultimately be the ones to decide how to address the issues. This approach empowers the team and fosters a sense of ownership and accountability. It's also important to note that team agreements are living documents that should be revisited and revised as needed throughout the project. If issues persist, it may be a sign that the agreements need to be adjusted.

D. Let the team self-organize and determine the best means to prevent the issues from occurring again: This option promotes ownership and allows the team to come up with solutions based on their experience and insights. It trusts the team to identify the problems and innovate on solutions. This approach is in line with the agile principles of self-organizing teams and continuous improvement.

A. Definitively WRONG B. Project leader is not there to challenge the team, target is the team take responsibility and decide, by other side the same problems happened could be because the initial agreements wasn´t good enough. So, I think also is not the right option. C. As same as B, the same problems happened could be because the initial agreements wasn´t good enough. also the team won´t grow up in case Project Leader decide to post it the agreements, it must be a team decition. D. Let the team self-organize and determine the best means to prevent the issues from occurring again. Agile teams are self-organize teams and the team progress and grow up will be done through analysis-decition-result into the retrospective, they will learn from it and will evolve.

PM should not let the issues be resolved by his team member on their own. He should be working with them to figure out root cause and solutions. So Option B does not look right. Challenging the team to determine if the issues resurfaced due to agreements not being followed (Option B) and then working together to figure out the root causes and solutions is a proactive and collaborative way to address the problem. It encourages team ownership and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. This approach can lead to more sustainable solutions and better team engagement.

Posting the agreements in a conspicuous place where all team members can see them can serve as a visual reminder and reinforcement of the team's commitments and agreements. This can help in promoting adherence to the agreements and reducing the recurrence of the same issues.

Challenge the team to determine if the issues surfaced again because agreements were not followed It's essential to encourage the team to reflect on the issues and examine whether the problems resurfaced due to a lack of adherence to the newly formed team agreements. This approach promotes a sense of responsibility and accountability among team members, empowering them to identify and rectify their own shortcomings.

I think it's B. A. Shouldn't do / needed for the last or final action. B. First action to be done by PM for the issue in question C. It's one of ways to prevent issue appear again. (Should be decided by teamself) D. After B, team determinded if the issues appear again because agreements were not followed. (second chance / In the question, they already had done this as the first time) So. B->D->C->A Question is what to do next. So, it's B.
