Not C because, retrospective is a valuable practice to identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities at the end of an iteration. While it's important, it might not be the most immediate action for addressing a critical delay.

B and D Reviewing and updating dependencies can help the team identify any dependencies that are causing delays and take corrective actions. This can help the team get back on track and ensure that the task is completed on time.

I am sticking with BD. E = Risk management plan for an agile project? C = Scrum has only 1 retrospective in a sprint. You can call for an ad hoc meeting but not a retro. Retro is the last thing before the sprint ends.

A is out for sure. B is not relevant, the problem statement is complexity not dependency. C is a good ans for the context of this qns because in retrospective the team discuss and find out what goes well what didn't. Of course you can argue retrospective is done at the end of a sprint/iteration. My thinking is to call for an adhoc retrospective in a daily standup . D is correct for sure. E is not a good answer for Agile practice as agile focus more on risk awareness and less on documentation. So... again C is not the best but its seem to be a better option among the rest.

In my opinion, the "A" option can be correct. Because the environment is complex and the estimates are inaccurate. In this case, the sponsor must also understand how risky the work environment is and can violate the goal of the sprint.

I agree with you on E, but I think it should be D&E. They know the dependencies already, because they know it'll impact the critical path. I think a risk management plan for it is better than updating the dependencies as its more of a preventitive action. D&E seems like a solid answer to me.

Isn’t agile has no risk management plan? So should not be D?

But, it had not changed in to an issue so far, so root cause analysis could not be enforced. right?
