I think D isn’t correct because the PM role is in project, not organization.

Selected Answer: C
The project manager should **C. Start with a pilot project of appropriate complexity, and provide agile training to those who are impacted**. Starting with a pilot project allows the team to gain practical experience with agile methodologies in a controlled environment. This can help to identify potential challenges and solutions before rolling out the agile approach on a larger scale. Providing training to those impacted ensures that everyone has the necessary knowledge and skills to work effectively in an agile environment. This approach can also help to build buy-in from team members and stakeholders as they see the benefits of agile firsthand.

C. Start with a pilot project of appropriate complexity, and provide agile training to those who are impacted. When transitioning to agile approaches and trying to gain buy-in from project team members and stakeholders, it's often advisable to start with a pilot project. This pilot project should be of an appropriate size and complexity to serve as a test case for the agile approach within your organization.

Selected Answer: C
First step will not be A. Provide Agile Training (Option C) Start a Pilot Project (Option C) Determine Agile Software Tools (Option A): As the team gains experience through the pilot project, the need for specific agile software tools may become evident. These tools can help streamline agile processes, enhance collaboration, and provide visibility into work. Determining the right tools to support agile practices is a natural progression after the team has received training and started working on a pilot project.

Option D: Transforming organizational training and communication to support agile methodologies is complex and also requires careful planning, stakeholder engagement, and a clear change management strategy. So not a good idea to start with a complex project.

Selected Answer: C
Better to experiment the agile practices with a new less complex project and gain buy in from stakeholders with its results first. While option D (Determine how to transform the organization using agile techniques, including organizational training and communications) is a valid consideration for introducing agile practices and approaches across the organization, it's usually a more comprehensive and longer-term effort. It involves transforming the entire organizational culture and processes to align with agile principles.

C. Start with a pilot project of appropriate complexity, and provide agile training to those who are impacted Starting with a pilot project of appropriate complexity and providing agile training to those who are impacted is the best way to roll out agile approaches and gain buy-in from both project team members and stakeholders. This approach allows for a controlled testing of the agile approach in a low-risk environment, and provides an opportunity to demonstrate the benefits of the approach to stakeholders. It also allows for the identification of any issues or challenges that may arise during the pilot project, which can be addressed before scaling up the approach to larger projects

For those who are saying "D", is there a word in the answer that I am missing? "Determine how to transform the organization using agile techniques, including organizational training and communications." Transforming the organization using Agile techniques and educating the organization on Agile techniques are two different animals.
