Selected Answer: B
In agile projects, frequent feedback loops are essential to ensure the product is developing in alignment with stakeholder expectations. Option B suggests scheduling adequate sprint demos, which are specific sessions at the end of each sprint where the work done is demonstrated to stakeholders. This provides an opportunity for the stakeholders to see the progress, provide feedback, and for the team to adjust accordingly in the subsequent sprints.

Selected Answer: B
Option C: Incorporating design thinking practices is valuable for user-centered design, but it might not address the need for regular stakeholder feedback and adaptation as effectively as sprint demos.

C because personas gives guides on the stakeholder requirements and expectations. Looking at the personas and adapting in the design will match their requirement
