Selected Answer: B
Recognizing and appreciating a team member's performance and contributions throughout the project lifecycle ensures that their efforts are acknowledged in real-time, rather than waiting for an end-of-year review or other future actions. B becuase if you choose D what if the employee stops improving we dont know the timeline.

Options C and D does not provide any immediate way to recognize their contributions. So B is the best option.

Formally as company process, usually good performance will be record and documented in the performance review, as a reflection this documentation can be used as a evidence to promote or reward the member. So is D

Selected Answer: D
I will go for D, in reality, it may create conflict if we appreciate someone, not a team, during the project. On the contrary, we can do it once the project ended, and in the lesson learn section.

I will go with B as well. Why wait for a full year to appreciate someone? This is not motivating but actually demotivating the high-performer.

sorry, I would like to differ on 'B'. Do not think praising a team member throughout a project lifecycle is the correct way, this may create problems with in teams. Even though individual contribution stands out, at the end it's over all the team work. But I may be wrong too :)
