Selected Answer: A
This approach recognizes that different stakeholders may have varying levels of influence, interest, and expectations. Tailoring the engagement strategy to meet the specific needs and concerns of each stakeholder group is a best practice in project management. It helps build positive relationships and ensures that communication and engagement efforts are effective for all involved parties.

This approach offers several advantages: Targeted communication: Individualized strategies ensure each stakeholder receives relevant information and updates based on their interests, needs, and risk level. B doesn't seem strategic. It seems a blanket solution. A seems correct.

Selected Answer: A
A. Analyze both internal and external stakeholders and develop a customized engagement strategy for each stakeholder The best approach for the project manager and project team to engage internal and external stakeholders would be to analyze both groups of stakeholders and develop a customized engagement strategy for each one. This approach allows the project team to take into account the specific interests, concerns, and communication preferences of each stakeholder group and tailor their engagement efforts accordingly. It also allows the team to identify any potential conflicts or risks early on and develop a plan to mitigate them. This approach is more effective than the other options because it allows the project team to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure they are informed, engaged and committed to the project's success.

B is not correct. How can you invite "ALL" stakeholders to attend the meeting if you have 1000 stakeholders. We should group the stakeholders into different groups, identify their needs and tailor engagement plan so A is correct

Selected Answer: A
A is right. Developing and customizing a strategy could include a meeting with all stakeholders. Not to mention, inviting everyone to a meeting will likely not get everyone in attendance. In many cases, you may have to seek out and find that stakeholder thats holding your project back for one reason or another.

B is wrong. A is right. Internal information and external information need to be separate, so internal engagement and external engagement should be managed separately. D is wrong because it excludes totally the external stakeholder, the sentence is not complete

You don't get the entire participation if you customize the strategy and review with each stake holder. So the best way is to get them one place and discuss.
