Ans B: B is the best bet. In fact, D comes from B. B also eventually presents risks and benefits, but first by discussing with stakeholders and project managers. B is also suggesting best options to help make a decision. So my answer would be B.

Selected Answer: D
D. Present the risks and benefits of the changes to the program sponsor. As a program manager, it is vital to ensure that any significant changes to management plans, processes, or technology are thoroughly evaluated. This includes an analysis of how such changes would impact the program's costs, schedule, scope, quality, and risk. Presenting the risks and benefits of these changes to the program sponsor allows for an informed decision based on a comprehensive understanding of the potential impacts. It is part of the program manager's responsibility to provide this insight to the sponsor before any decisions are made or changes are implemented.
